Choose the services that match your goals today, with a preventive care plan that evolves as your health needs change.
Your protocol doesn’t stay the same, because you don’t. Here’s where it begins:
“I know what works for me”
“Help me figure it out”

Within 24 to 48 hours, a U.S.-licensed provider reviews your health and decides whether it’s right for you. If it is, your medication ships to your door. If it isn’t, we’ll tell you why.
One transparent monthly price: no insurance, no claims, no surprise fees.

This is where most companies stop. It’s where we’re just getting started. Message your team anytime, track your progress, and sync your wearables.
As your labs and check-ins come in, your provider adjusts your protocol, so your care at year three looks nothing like day one, because neither do you.

They aren’t appropriate for everyone, including people with certain thyroid or pancreatic conditions, and during pregnancy. That’s exactly what the provider review is for. If it isn’t right for you, we’ll tell you why.
You’ve been collecting the data for years. Connect it once, and it becomes part of your care. We’ll help you make sense of it all.
Track sleep, recovery, and resting heart rate alongside your treatment timeline.
Wearable trends are right there when your physician reviews your protocol.
Labs run every few months. Your wearables keep your Care Portal current in between.
PreventiveMD is one continuous protocol. It starts with a foundation we build once: your whole genome. Your wearables stay always on between visits.
Blood panels recur every few months, and once a year we look deeper: cancer screening, a DEXA scan, and VO₂ max testing. And in between, curated peptides and supplements, sourced transparently and matched to your goals and your data, help you keep optimizing day to day.

Thank you for considering us to support you in your health journey. The process is simple and from start to delivery usually takes about a week.
Continuing at or near your current dose is a very common case that we accommodate, however the final call is always going to be based on your PreventiveMD provider’s review of your overall medical history.
How we accommodate this: when you get started from our website, you will fill out a form that asks about your GLP-1 history and what dosing you'd prefer, if any. You may also upload your previous prescription so your provider can review your request with ease.
We work with four trusted 503A compounding pharmacies: Empower Pharmacy, Midwest Compounders Pharmacy, Drug Crafters, and Boudreaux’s New Drug Store.
Where they are licensed in your state, the choice is yours: now selectable directly at checkout, and you can switch pharmacies later on for your next renewal or refill.
Yes, by default, all plans auto-renew, and you get a check-in form a few days before. You can now manage it yourself by going to your Order & Subscription Portal:
Pausing auto-renewals keeps your account ready for refills as you need them. Cancelling means starting over from scratch if you decide to. Prepaid months still ship after you turn off auto-renewal.
For those on 1 or 3-month plans, here's what happens each cycle:
So you can see when your renewal is (and also adjust to make it earlier or later) and request a refill, you may visit your Orders & Subscriptions Portal.
For those on 6 or 12-month plans, your PreventiveMD provider would issue prescriptions 3 months at a time. Here's what happens after each cycle:
Checkout places a temporary pre-authorization, not a charge. Your card is only charged after your provider approves your order. If it isn’t approved, the hold is released and you’re never charged a cent.
Heads-up: bank apps often display the hold as an “approved transaction,” which is normal. That’s the hold, not a charge.
Most of the protocols we offer aren’t covered by insurance, and we don’t bill insurance directly. HSA and FSA cards are accepted at checkout.
If you’d like to seek reimbursement, we can provide a Letter of Medical Necessity and itemized receipt you can submit to your insurer or HSA/FSA, though we can’t guarantee coverage. Please email us at hello@preventivemd.com to request this.
Per official pharmacy guidance:
To prioritize your peace of mind, we’re happy to have the pharmacy’s staff call you to walk through your shipment and your concerns.
